Commune di Scandiano hosted the 6th CONature project meeting in Scandiano, Italy

CONATURE Project 6th Meeting held in Scadiano, Italy, from 27th to 28th June, 2019. The aim of the meeting was to sum up the project results, outputs that were achieved during the two-year- project implementation. There were also presented the key dissemination activities of Commune di Scandiano and other project partners. The final part of the meeting was devoted to the discussions on options to develop the current project or its outputs under another project.
CONATURE results and outputs disseminated during the II annual festival Insects for LIFE

On Friday 24th and Saturday 25th May, 2019 there was held II annual of festival Life for Insects. The festival is supported by the project of the same name that is implemented under LIFE in cooperation with the Ministry of Environment, Protected Landscape of the Beskydy Mountains. At the festival, infinity-progress promoted the results and outputs of CONATURE project. COANTURE learners presented the activities, vocational skills they acquired during nearly two-year project implementation, such as the importance of wild herbs usage, products of wild herbs (soups, syrups, tinctures, natural colouring…), the importance of stone walls when making herb beds; the importance of manual scything to develop the biodiversity, enhance water retention; organic beekeeping, wokshop on herb pillows, manual scything etc.
3rd Blended Mobility held at URSUS environmental centre and IC PLA Beskydy Mountains in Dolni Lomná, Czech Republic

The third project Blended Mobility took place from 5th to 11th May, 2019 in the village of Dolní Lomná, hosted by the Lead partner NGO infinity-progress. The mobility dealt mainly with the topic of landscape protection and organic farming. It took place in the Beskydy Protected Landscape Area in the Czech Republic, at our partner infinity-progress z.s running URSUS zážitkové centrum and Informační středisko pro Chráněnou krajinnou oblast Beskydy.
Learners from the project partners had the opportunity to learn, among other, about the Beskydy Mountains Natural Resources, Water retention in the landscape, water bio-indicators, wild herb products, beekeeping, importance of manual scything, fruit preservation. Further, they could lead discussions with the local farmers on beekeeping, sheep breeding or have workshops on bee-wax napkins, apple jams or pillows of wild herbs stuffing.
Among all the participants worked in teams consisting of partner´s organizations to create blog posts on the topics they got to know about or deepen their knowledge during the mobility. Thus, they had a unique possibility to develop their English skills, exchange their pieces of skills and knowledge and most of all to develop their intergenerational attitude and respect for generations across.
All learners had a unique opportunity to speak with other learners across the partners´ organizations when exchanging their experience or best practices in organic farming, getting to know their culture, traditions, natural or cultural heritage.
Synergy European hosted the next meeting in London.

The fifth Partners meeting took place in the city of London at 19th of February 2019. Project Partners had a fruitful collaboration for the entire day and discussed crucial issues related to the project implementation.
They agreed on the details of the third and final Blended Mobility of the project that will be held in Dolni Lomna, Czech Republic from 6 to 11 of May 2019.
IIB hosted the 4th CoNature project meeting in Linz, Austria.

Conature Project 4th Meeting held in Linz, Austria, at 30th of November. Creative and productive collaboration with the partners from AT, CZ, IT, LT, HU and UK, moving the project forward.
During the meeting there were discussed the results of 2nd Blended mobility that was held in the city of Scandiano, Italy, the expectations of the learners to have been met; the analysis of the learners´ feedbacks. Further, the progress on the project outputs were analysed and moved forward.
Synergy European will host the next meeting in London.
2nd Blended Mobility held in Scandiano, Italy

The second project Blended Mobility took place from 14th to 20th October, 2018 in the city of Scandiano, hosted by the project partner Commune di Scandiano. The mobility dealt mainly with the topic of landscape management from the perspectives of geological geomorphological indicators to know if farming, climate factors, new methods and technologies in vegetable planting/growing including organic methods for weeding, organic products for mulching, traditional organic balsamico vinegar making, organic breeding of domestic animals such as pigs, organic farming in the field of vineculture, chest-nuts or cultural and natural heritage preservation methods and activities and many others. The mobility took place in the region of Emilia-Romagna in Italy where the learners could get to know with the scenery of Reggio hills.
Learners from the project partners had the opportunity to learn, among other, about the importance of water retention in the landscape, food forest, the importance of Natural and Cultural landscape preservation, sustainable management of soil fertility, permaculture, stories of some regional organic farmers of cattle breeding, regional company on Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, mill on ancient type of wheat or workshop on typical Italian pasta, tagliatelle.
All learners had a unique opportunity to speak with other learners across the partners´organizations when exchanging their experience or best practices in organic farming, getting to know their culture, traditions, natural heritage.
CONATURE results disseminated during the Bear festival

On Saturday 25th August, 2019 there was held III annual of festival Bear – the King of the Carpathian Mountains financed by Moravian-Silesian Regional Council. Among all, at the festival the CONATURE learners and trainers presented both the CONATURE results and outputs, such as the importance of wild herbs usage, products of wild herbs (soups, syrups, tinctures, powders…), the importance of manual scything to develop the biodiversity (insects, amphibians, invertebrates, wild plants) enhance water retention; insect-house implementation into gardens, organic fish breeding, etc.
Tudás Alapítvány implemented the 3rd CONATURE project meeting in Hódmezővásárhely Hungary.

CONATURE Project 3rd meeting held in Hódmezővásárhely, Hungary, from 2nd to 5th July, 2018.
During the meeting there were discussed the results of 1st Blended mobility that was held in the city of Linz, Scandiano, the expectations of the learners to have been met; the analysis of the learners´ feedbacks. Further, the progress on the project outputs were analysed and moved forward, discussion on the dissemination activities and budget flow followed.
IIB will host the next meeting in Linz.
1st CONATURE Blended Mobility held in Linz, Austria

The first project Blended Mobility took place from 27th April to 2nd May, 2019 in the city of Linz, Austria, hosted by the project partner Institut fur Interdisziplinare Bildung. The mobility dealt mainly with the topic of wild herbs – importance of picking, importance of the natural and cultural herb heritage, products of herbs to make, usage of herbs in culinary; visiting the herbal and permaculture gardens where the experts acquainted the learners with the importance to make these gardens, methods and techniques when establishing such gardens, organic mulching usage in the farming, urban gardening, greening the cities, food forest management, landscape management, cultural and natural heritage preservation methods and activities and many others.
The mobility took place in the region of Upper-Austria where the learners could get to know with the forest and meadow sceneries of spring.
Learners from the project partners had the opportunity to learn, among other, about the importance of nature protection, planting the species of the typical climate, the importance of Natural and Cultural landscape preservation, permaculture, stories of some regional farmers on herbs, vegetables or culinary workshops on wild herbs.
All learners had a unique opportunity to speak with other learners across the partners´ organizations when exchanging their experience or best practices in organic farming, getting to know their culture, traditions, natural heritage.

CONATURE Project 2nd meeting held in Šiauliai , Lithuania, from 26th February to 1stMarch, 2019.
During the meeting there was discussed the IO1, progress on the curricula for e-learning platform including the translations; e-learning platform Moodle. Further, there were discussed the criteria for the learners to be selected for the mobilities, organizational issues for the 1st blended mobility to be held in May in Linz, Austria.

CONATURE Project 1st meeting held in Dolní Lomná , Czech Republic, from 24th to 28th October, 2017.
The aim of the first kick-off project meeting was to acquaint the project partners with the project, project outputs in detail and project results to be met. During the meeting there was set up the division of the IO1 tasks, especially the curricula for the e-learning platform; the aim of the e-learning platform and dissemination website. The next part of the meeting was devoted to the project budget categories and project contracts with the partners´ organizations or discussion on any misunderstandings in the project application including the outputs or results.
